
which is coming slower these days. Mostly because I've been working on a baby quilt....

and the paper-piecing/foundation pieced quilt from the class I took the other day....

Normally, I wouldn't consider myself the type of person to do a holiday-themed quilt, but that was the pattern the class was using. So, okay, I can do that, I'm just doing in my own style/totally different color theme. It's actually more Christmas-y, but also more modern and whimsical. Here's hoping it turns out well.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there. Here's hoping you eat lots of great food, spend lots of quality time with loved-ones, and get a little crafting time in there as well. I'm hoping to meet all three of those requirements. ;)

These may be my favorites of you paintbox squares. The pattern makes me think of giant Caladium leaves, one of my favorite plants.
